Disco Music fever and Philadelphia Sound were also present in the Rumba and Flamenco scene of Spain from the late ‘70s to early ‘80s. Special reissue remastered with gatefold cover and liner notes by Txarly Brown (Achilifunk) Oct’2020. Limited edition 300 copies.
As Mark Speer, Khruangbin guitarist, stated in an interview for Mondo Sonoro magazine this summer, one of his influences was the “Ay, Corazón!” from Perlita: “What a great song! It should last about two minutes but we couldn’t stop listening to it.” Indeed, less than three minutes. Here you have the complete LP, practically impossible to find in the last forty years, in an expanded and revised version.
